POF-820 Coaxial-to-Optical Digital Audio Converter transforms an RCA Coaxial (S/PDIF) Digital Audio signal to a Toslink Optical Digital Audio signal.  This allows conversion between the most common digital audio formats.  For example, connect a DVD Player or Sound Card with a Coaxial Digital Output to a Digital Amplifier or Mini Disc Recorder with an Optical Input.
